- Format: two teams perform timed sets; audience votes secret ballot; winner becomes 'Champion' for the following week.
- Champion defends title; longest champions accumulate legendary win streaks (Go Dummy! reached 10-0 at UCB NY).
- UCB NY runs annual single-elimination tournament at season's end (Cagematch 2024 Tournament, etc.).
- Includes live 'UCBW' wrestling league segments — onstage wrestlers perform three times per show.
