Also known as Foreign Film, Subtitles
Two players perform a scene in accented gibberish as if in a foreign film; two other players provide English translation simultaneously from the side.
Known for
- Distinct from Foreign Film Dub (Whose Line TV game) in that translators speak alongside, not over, the actors.
- Gibberish actors give 'elements' the translators must justify; translators steer action via translation choices.
- Called 'Subtitles' when translation is displayed on a screen rather than spoken.
