Founded 1998 by Paul D'Amato, Norm Laviolette and Chet Harding after a 1997 residency at the old Hard Rock Cafe on Clarendon Street.
Main stage at 216 Hanover St. in the North End; over 2 million patrons to date.
In 2021 expanded to NYC (Asylum NYC) at the former UCB Chelsea Space.
